WHY I'M RUNNING
Our community deserves to be seen, heard, and
represented in the decisions that affect our daily lives.
****Ballots arrive the first week of May—make a plan to vote.****
How I Show Up for Our Community
I show up where people are, listening and taking action on the issues that affect our daily lives.

This campaign is built on real conversations with voters—not assumptions.

Meet Rally
Jennifer Anne “Rally” Valenzuela is a caregiver, advocate, and community leader serving Stanislaus County.
As an IHSS provider and labor advocate, she helped secure higher wages for 6,800 local workers, giving her firsthand experience with how county decisions affect everyday lives.
She serves on local boards and commissions, working to expand access, representation, and community engagement.
Her work is rooted in listening, showing up, and making sure people feel heard—even when decisions are difficult.
She is running to bring real community voices into county decision-making and deliver results for District 4.

STAND FOR DISTRICT 4
This race will be decided in June. Your vote matters.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
Clear, accessible support for those
who need it most
Families, seniors, and people with disabilities deserve services that are easy to access and responsive to real needs. Through my work as an IHSS provider, I’ve seen how confusing systems and delays impact daily life. I will focus on improving coordination, communication, and access so people can get the support they need without unnecessary barriers.
JOBS & LOCAL ECONOMY
Supporting workers and strengthening local opportunity.
A strong local economy starts with workers and small businesses. I’ve shown up consistently for our business community, attending ribbon cuttings, meeting owners, and listening to what they need to succeed. As a labor advocate, I also helped secure higher wages for 6,800 local IHSS providers. I will continue to support policies that strengthen local businesses, uplift workers, and create real opportunities for economic stability.
HOUSING
Practical solutions that reflect our community's needs
Housing decisions should reflect the realities of the people who live here. Too many families are struggling to find and keep stable housing. I will support balanced, practical approaches that consider affordability, community impact, and long-term stability for working families, seniors, and young people trying to stay in our area.
District 4 deserves leadership that shows up, listens, and delivers results.
